NATIONAL CONFERENCE 2012
The conference will be held in Rotorua.
VENUE:
Novotel Hotel, Rotorua
The hotel has a block booking for us which will be held open until 22nd April. After that the rooms will be available to the general public. A standard room will be available for $155 at the Novotel or next door at the Ibis for $119 per night. This rate is GST inclusive. DATES:
1.00pm Wednesday 23rd May (Strategic Planning Session). Dinner has been booked at the Gondola Skyline Restaurant on the Wednesday night at $60.00 per head. Please book your place by indicating on the registration form. This is a top class restaurant with magnificent views over Rotorua.
8.00am Thursday 24th May to 3.30pm Friday 25th May
Conference Dinner will be a dinner cruise on the Lakeland Queen and forms part of the conference registration fee.

TRAVEL
Book your airtravel as soon as possible. Check out flying in to Hamilton and driving as there may be more options and it could be cheaper.

REMITS:
Any remits to the constitution must be received by 17th May. The constitution may be viewed and printed by clicking on the link at the Constitution tab.
AWARDS
Life membership or recognition award nominations to be received by the Executive Committee at least one month prior to the Annual General meeting (to be held at conference). For guidelines refer to the guidelines which appear at the back of the Constitution. These nominations can be e mailed to the NZASA secretary at lesleym@mangakahia.school.nz
